🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Trend X Store

At Trend X Store, we ensure quality products. However, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions.

📦 Return Eligibility

Return or refund will be accepted only if:

  • ✅ Product is damaged or defective
  • ✅ Customer provides a proper unboxing video proof

🎥 Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

  • A clear unboxing video is required from start to end
  • Video must show:
    • Sealed package
    • Opening process
    • Product condition

❌ Without unboxing video, no return or refund will be accepted

⏱️ Return Request Time

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Late requests will not be considered

🔄 Replacement / Refund

  • If product is damaged → Replacement will be provided
  • If replacement is not available → Refund will be issued

⏳ Processing time: 5–7 business days

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or worn products
  • Minor color differences
  • No unboxing video
